Best part of the day, Soldiers trying to drag the 200lb bag I don't think they thought it really weighed 200lbs.
The Challenge:

traverse parallel bars (5m) without touching the ground
50m farmer carry with 2 5gal water cans
200lb/100lb bag bear crawl drag 30m
5 push ups
50m farmer carry with 2 5gal water cans
